Tehmina Ambreen (Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan)

Partner of the firm: Deal in all family law cases which include dissolution of marriage by Khula or Divorce, custody, maintenance and Dower. Conduct cases of domestic violence against women.

Muhammadullah Khan (Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan)

Partner of the Firm: Deal cases of civil nature which includes Property ( real estate matters ).

Saifullah Muhib Kakakhel Advocate

Mr. Saifullah Muhib completed his B.A in Law and Political Science from University of Peshawar and LL.B with optional in Intellectual Property and Human Rights from Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar, a well known Law College in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

He is a student member of Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn and his call to the bar is in process. 

Currently, Mr. Muhib is an LL.M Scholar of Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar.

He assisted Mr. Kakakhel and Associates of the Firm on very important Constitutional matters, Criminal, Civil, Custom, Companies, Service, Property disputes, Banking,  income tax and Intellectual Property at appellate stages in High Court and Supreme Court of Pakistan.


He represented Pakistan State Oil Limited in numerous cases. He also successfully defended Turkish Airlines and Emirates Airlines in 50 Million damages suits.


In very initial days of his practice, he was engaged as a co-counsel in dozen of 2013 General election disputes before Election Tribunals.

Khushboo Tariq Advocate

Khushboo Tariq Advocate is a graduate of Frontier Law College, Peshawar. She is a Gold Medalist in LL.B. She completed her Law in the year of 2014. Miss Tariq joined KLA as an Trainee Lawyer just after completion of LL.B. She is LL.M Schcolar and wants to undertake research in Family Law because of her interest and nature of practice. In a short span of time she successfully conducted so many family law cases and defended the rights of women in the family courts. She is practicing in Peshawar and other districts of Khyber Pakthunkhwa.

Mehwish Muhib Kakakhel Advocate

Miss Kakakhel holds degree in BS ( Honours ) in Computer Science and has relevant experience related to her field. She advises the firm members in litigation when new question arises in Information Technology and Telecommunication laws.

Mir Adam Khan (Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan / Advocate on Record of the firm)

Advocate on Record of the Firm. Draft and file cases for our Senior Counsels in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Neelam Muhib (Human Resource Manager / Recruiting Officer)

Miss Muhib manage all the Firm and has expert managerial skills. She also recruit staff in the Offices of K.L.A in Islamabad and Peshawar. Conduct interviews and appoint them in the relevant department of Kakakhel Law Associates.

Zeenat Muhib (Director International Communication)

She as the head of communication deals with all foreign clients when they have problem in communicating their problems in our language. She has command on English, French and Spanish.

Dr. Hussain Ahmad Haroon (Medico / Legal Expert)

Medico- Legal Expert of the Firm, who advices the firm members in Criminal Cases specially in Murder, negligence and all medical laws. Visit the courts in Criminal Trials and observe and give opinion about the Accused mental condition when we are from complainant side.

Mr. Wahid Gul (Clerk of the Chamber)

Mr. Wahid Gul keep all the record of the firm litigation and also update the diary and contact the relevant client before the date of hearing. He has spent more then 18 years in KLA.
